    Looks good. I recently got a 50mW green module from OdicForce but I blew it by letting it get too hot (stupid fault) but I want to get a 100mW module with heatsink + thermal electric cooling from him next.

    DTR's Laser Shop - Laser Diodes & More

    I ordered a M140 about 2 weeks ago and it was dispatched the same day - thanks DTR! Incidentally, it arrived after 5 days (including the w/e), so very quick postal service too - was expecting 2 weeks min.
