You see they use item numbers for quick identification for an object. The laser item number is "26891" and the network plugs item number is "2689". Ok so what does this PCB look like I'm not really familiar with batteries I just use them.

N/M I found out the problem. The batteries were completely out and won't charge anymore. I just got to get new batteries. Well thanks for your help. :)
