I just ordered a alpha 85 for NOVA lasers and I need to know if it is legal to own in Hawaii, not the the USA in general. NOVA said that it is legal to import lasers with all the safety features like the Alpha series but I have to know if it is for Hawaii. I really should have checked on this...

I forgot to ask, does it matter what type of battery I use in the x100 NOVA laser? If so, what type and what type should not be used?
