O-like is a very reliable company from what I have read through forums, and they test the mW output before shipping, they may even be over spec, here is a video on Youtube of the 50mW module from O-like: YouTube - 50mW o-like Hope this helps man.

Hey man definitely tell me how this laser is when you get it, I was thinking about going with the 200mw red laser because there are a lot of good reviews on it and a lot of people seem to have them on youtube and what not, but 50 extra mw for like 10 bucks more seems good to me!
