Hey, thanks for the heads up on this laser from Odicforce. This is definitely an interesting shout due the the low delivery costs, customs etc. Have you or others on the forum had any experience with the lasers from this company, can vouch for their quality etc?
Thanks again, mark
Hello guys,
Thanks for all the recommendations...I have checked them all out and they all look great. The one from the UK/Odicforce looks very attractive due to the cheap shipping.
Thanks again, Mark
Hey, thanks for your quick response. That laser looks perfect for my application. I have sent them an email already. The O-like wide-beam is a great little laser too btw (another one of your recommendations). I have used it quite a bit already, even in the rain without any problems. I am just...
Hi guys,
I recently asked for help with a photography project I was starting. I got some really good advice and the project has been going very well. Next month I have a small exhibition and around that time I hope to share my photo's with you guys. So please keep an eye out for them and thanks...
Hi Michael, The Nitecore chargers look great and are very reasonable. Thanks for the heads up on these.
Would you be able to help me with finding some decent batteries for the two lasers I have just splashed on? The Panasonics seem to have a good rep on here...
If this is ok, I have ordered a...
Hi guys, I read somewhere on this forum that we shouldn't include batteries in our orders from China, as sometimes this is what holds them up when they go through customs. Is this the case? I noticed that a laser I just purchased from O-like has a battery included...should I get them to take it...
Hi there, thanks for the help, much appreciated. Can you clarify this for me in layman terms, "in general, beam diameter is inversly proportional to divergence, the wider the initial diameter, the lower the divergence"? I think you mean that if I increase the beam diameter with a beam expander...
Hi there, Thanks for the quick reply and additional advice. I agree with your thoughts on the 532, the divergence seems to be around 50% better which suggests that I should go with that wavelength. What put me off the Spartans from DL was Adam's concerns about them not operating very well in the...
Hi Bruce, Thanks so much for explaining your lasers and the visibility of different wavelengths. It is all very useful information. If the project is well received I will definitely explore different wavelengths. I have explored Laserbtb's lasers but gave up on them due to the fact that they did...
Hi there, I have a couple more questions and was wondering if you could help again? I know you originally mentioned this laser, the 150mw 520nm (green) direct diode laser. Unfortunately they only have a 50 and 70mW laser in this colour available and Gray doesn't know when/if he will be getting...

I personally think the tests were really good so thanks so much for doing them. Its always hard when you don't have all the gear like LPM's etc...but I think you improvised really well. No worries about the tips, ask anytime, happy to share my knowledge. Mark
Hi there,
I am not sure if you have seen my posts. I am after a laser that can work in cold conditions with a beam diameter at aperture that is expanded to around 6-8mm. The divergence must also be good and if this could be controlled that would be great. Are you able to build something for me...
