The module came in perfect condition and I was FINALLY finished with my first build. Here's a pic: The beam at night is even more spectacular.

Yeah never open your xbox under warranty. I've done the x-clamp fix on a couple of xboxes and it's turned out ok. Oh btw never buy instructions, you can get them for free.
