My laser can't burn anything like it can't pop balloons or anything like that

I was being really dumb and was wondering what would happen if I look into it and I pressed it in both of my eyes for a few seconds and now there are all these spots and it's been like this for a day! I don't know the watts of the laser! What damage have I done ? Would glasses help?
