Email and send it back, seriosuly don't try messing around with it yourself, most likely you'll make things worse and void your warranty. I know it sucks but these things happen, just send it back and get a new one.

Yeah we figured that seems to me if a load of LPF members got together and just did regular group buys from CNI, then there are enough people here who would buy, so we could all get the awesome CNI lasers at cost, rather than paying an extra $$$ for whatever resaler
