do you need safety glasses for a 30mw green laser? if i say did shine it in my eyes what would happen?

on cni lasers they do sell .6-1mw laser just wondering if they are legal... also are there any other reliable laser sights that sell legal Australian lasers...

i dont even know or anything so you can disregard this post but heres a video were they light it from 300 feet away.. http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=NDt44L4hnkQ but its not a portable laser and it uses like a massive telescope lol

this might be a really stupid question but do cni lasers sell laser because i can never find the buy button? also would you recommend optotronics as a good laser brand? on there site (cant post link cause i haven't posted 10 times lol) theres a 5mw laser and a 30mw laser i cant decide which...
