Solved the power supply problem, by lowering the limit resistor value to 3,6 ohms and now I can go to 400mA and higher and now it burns good. :lasergun: -J-

Check my post in Red Lasers section about diode id. I took one out of a LG GSA4167. Do your diode markings match mine? I used the LM317 based driver and drive it at 350mA and it burns nicely :drool: -J-
