Well I recently got a 100mw laser pen style from Rayfoss and it can burn somewhat, I wouldn't call it a burner, more of a good sky pointer. Mine has horrible divergence though, I am waiting to hear from Faona. from about 6 meters the dot size is around 5cm. Much worse then even my cheap $15...
