well its peaked at 81mw on the optotronic video, thats why i wanted to know about a match light.

What can the 30mw do? pop baloon, light matches ect. How about the beam visibility (day and night). Any other info fill free to add!

well optotronics in my opinion is a better built laser with a 12month warrenty, and they are tested so they cant be underpowered. But i hear Novas has high quality lasers also so you be the gudge

If i were to make one, keep in kind im 12 so i dont know that much about electronics. I know people say that hooking up a diode strait to batteries is stupid, but what else would you hook it up to??? help!!! :'(
