Those lasers runs on double AA batteries . I think you won't need goggles for those . I doubt a laser that small can damage your eyes (don't point it directly of your eyes of course) . It might cause you temporary flash blindness tho .. Just be careful while using one :)

So far , all I know is dragon lasers are selling universal beam expander adapters that will only fit their be expanders .
