I was told on another thread to just be patient and wait because USPS is terrible at updating tracking info... and I also thought it was 60 days to file a claim, mistake on my part.

Update: Max did respond to my email and he's looking to see where it could be. Hopefully it just got stuck in customs and it's just the terrible Tracking system of the USPS not updating.

Just did, but this will be my third try. I've ordered from them before without a problem and it came very quickly. That's why I choose them over Rayfoss and O-like.

I'm worried about a similar problem. My laser shipped from them on Aug. 18. I received my tracking information from them and checked it and it said Origin Post is Preparing Shipment. It is now Sep. 24 and it still reads the same thing. The tracking information hasn't been updated in over 30...

damn, I tried to use my visa card but they called me and said they declined because they thought it was fraudulent being that the charge was coming from china. I may try using a prepay visa card then and hopefully that will work

Does anybody know if they are having problems? When I go to pay, they only give one option now and it's not paypal, the one option that I want to use. I've tried to contact them many times and still haven't gotten a response.

yeah the 50mw green that I received from this site isn't much of a burner. I mean when focused correctly, it will do slight burning on black plastic surfaces and it will burn electrical tape. I haven't been able to try the match or balloon test yet, but from what I have understood the green...
