I guarantee it isn't putting out 800 mA. I am just experimenting right now. I hope to have a power meter soon so I can post some exact numbers. The battery life is really short, but man this thing can burn :)
Yes it did get scratched. So, I filed it completely so it would kind of match. I plan on making it look a littler nicer soon. I'm learning from my mistakes.

Yes I used the v5. It was tight, but I even got it to fit in sideways. I used to high gauge of wire which caused all sorts of problems, but with some trimming of the switch circuit and button I got it all to fit. It wasn't pretty so I didn't take any pictures. I will know better for next time...
This is the same host jayrob is using in his kit. I did all of the machining myself, but I probably shouldn't have. It would have looked much better if jayrob would have done it.
