thanks for your response so it is repairable, if the solder touches the pin and the top of the diode it will work or do you have to get the solder just on the pin thanks. carl.

yes that is the positive pin how do i make it "case positive" and what is case positive thanks lol.

I Bought a laser and it basicaly fell to bits so i need to fix it lol, a pin on the diode snapped so can anyone tell me if i put solder where the red circle is and put a wire in the solder would this work or not? thanks.

Hey you should buy some laser safety glasses to, if you use your dx200 for burning and not use glasses you will eventualy go blind lol dragonlasers.com/catalog/Red-laser-beam-protection-640-750nm--Laser-Eyewear-p-16255.html just about the same price you paid for the laser but worth it your eyes...
