This is his response...... XHP70 is basically 4 XML2 die sitting next to each other for a smaller footprint. This LED is not suitable for P60 applications mostly due to heat and the donut hole effect due to its quad die nature. Neither the XHP70 or a qual XPL set up throws much but XHP70...

By the way this was the closest I could find to what I was after in my search. Wouldn't have risk spending the money on it though without knowing if it would way out perform the one that I have. Plus it's designed for way more range that I need. Has anyone seen this?ND5 Green Laser for search...

Actually since Cowboy threw it out there, I'm looking more for a low power, super wide beam extremely bright flashlight. But in laser form. Ir filtered, power, divergence all tuned to be safe from point blank. I tried to "INQUIRE" to a builder to avoid the dramatics of those fearing I'd burn...
