Yeah i feel a slight shock when i touch the terminals of my 36 volts ac transformer.. When i rectifed it. i got about 50 volts.
Can't wait to put that on the zvs.. Btw my blown up zvs.. i got the mosfets. And tommrow i get the resistor and teh diode :D hell yea :3..
Also what is that nitrogen...
At 10 ma some people die. You can't say that if you give me a 10 ma power supply at lets say.. 50 kv. I can't kill you :3
And the 6 meters arc is WHEN TUNED TO RESONANCE. A double mot stack when tuned in a fine way to resonance can give a meter and a half arcs. and am not talking about...
Re: Gas laser powersupply
Remember :P am actually with only 1 DIY red burning laser. And a busted greenie. And i though those could be helpful. Just trying to help..
This is a tutorial not a question.
DANGER: HIGH VOLTAGE CAN BE DANGEROUS IN ALL WAYS. ARCS AND SUCH CAN PRODUCE OZONE WHICH IS SERIOUSLY CORROSIVE. AND IS TOXIC. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING YOU EVER EVER EVER DO WITH THIS INFORMATION I POSTED HERE
I don't know if this was discussed before...
The laser ran out of 2 triple A batteries
So after reading about greenies
I think the laser output is 35 mw. So how much mw would the IR one be. And will it burn? like electrical tape? if then i do not care about it being visible. I will try using the current driver. I have 3 1.2 volts 2450 mah...
Hi :) so a friend of mine gave me his semi destroyed little green pointer. Written on it is 50 mw. What he gave me was the battery part. safe and un touched.. And the diode part.......
The focusable lens. alone
The diode stuck in a piece of aluminum .. The driver with it's little golden 3 pins...
Well. I never tried to measure resistance lol.
Am just curious how much current will go to the diode.
Note.. i did not build the negative side of driver yet.. :P
