    Buying 5.6mm 808nm 200mw diode

    Please see my picture of the green module I have from 'laserlands'. I have blown the laser diode. Can anyone advise me the proper replacement diode I can buy and from where? I understand it was an infrared 200mW. Thanks.

    If say 3 lasers of the same color were set up, focused all to one same position where the maximum burn would be, would the temperature be the same as with only using one laser, or would the temperature be higher and if so, by how much?
