Im actually in a tight money spot, I know its not a bunch over 100 mW but my X85 from Nova puts out 108.7 mW peak and 101.4 average according to Nova. It lights matches easily and pops balloons in a heart beat. I mainly used it for star gazing but its a bit too bright for that, lol. Let me know...
