    Connections to sound card for a sound card DAC

    In all the tutorials I've seen for making sound card DACs, I see wires being soldered to some connections to the back of the board. Would using the headphone jacks with a standard 2.5mm connector work the same?

    question about modulation and the sound card DAC

    I will be building a single color projector on a tight budget for a senior project and writing the software for it from scratch. It looks like I will be using a laser with TTL modulation. What kind of modulation does the correction amp use?
