why trouble? there are several similar lazer dazzlers for sale to the general public. even the ones the US army uses on rifles are legal for sale to civilians, at crazy prices. and they are only allowed because it is proven they dont cause permanent damage. so i guess that shouldnt be a problem.

i´d like to build a wide beam 200mW red laser dazzler, so i read i need a laser module with TTL Modulation. i found several that would suit my needs but some are 12v and some are 5v, used with a 220v adapter. ofcourse my dazzler would have to be a handheld unit. the mechanical side of building...
