I appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions. I've already found the answers to most of my questions by browsing through the forum. I think I may get a less powerful laser after reading up on the arctic. Plus it seems there is quite the back log on this laser anyways.

If I shine this up at the sky and an airplane pilot sees it and reports it, can I get in trouble? I mean if the beam never even comes close to the plane but he just sees the beam from a distance. The reason I ask is because I'm thinking about ordering one of these but there's an airport a few...
