Re: debating the DX150 for purchase I'd say, go for it! I have been happy with Deal Extreme, I even dropped there laser onto the carpet off my lap, and it didn't completely break! It has some crazy mode hopping lke issues now, but it stil works pretty good. :P

In no way, shape, or form would I call those changes "cool". Banning free speech is not cool and against the constitution, our highest law! I guess thoes bums at LC think they're above the law however muwahah.

Haha, it is funny when people spend so much on wicked gay lasers, and they don't even work right!  My Deal Extreme laser might not be the best, but at least it functions adequately, and I have read quite alot of bad reviews of Steve and his mode hopping lasers!   Nova or DL seems to be a better...

Lucky U! It took me over 1 month to recieve my DX 200.. but they confused my order and I think those models were back-ordered then.. you sure bought your laser at the right time though!

Hi! I think you will like it here. Alot of un-biased info, and no "other-company" nonsence! Just the facts with no prejudices towards a particular comapny. Hard to find the truth in times like these... but at least there's one laser forum on the side of true knowledge! 8-)

A shiny surface (specular) is most dangerous. So the reflections from them are about as harmful as looking into a direct beam from the laser! But a 100w will be dangerous even if its reflecting off a white wall (diffuse), it won't take much staring at the dot to do eye damage with that power...

I always see them squirrels lookin at me from up above in the trees... I figured they all fantisize about just jumping down on me and "sinking their teeth" into my neck or something, but I guess one finally decided 2 do it! Glad it bit the brits and not some poor American!
