    so would my 3 volt power the 250/300 mw? and the aixiz laser driver I had would be useless right? (the one for 5mw)

    For 250 MW red lasers, or 300 MW blu-ray, how much volt do you feed? I made a housing of 2 AA batteries, would it be under power/over? and any harm? would it still be able to burn? or would the diode burn instead? and also, which do you think is better that I should buy? (if im feeding 3 volts)...

    thanks, the video guide is really useful. anyway it might not be fried yet. the solder thing is quite spoiled, lots of black stuff on it. anyway i sort of removed the stuff. any guide for installation? i'll look it up too

    (i dunno why the hell's my camera phone so weak) the one on the left, is what i assume to be the CD burner diode, the on on the right to be the DVD Burner Diode. but i'm unsure. the one I assume have lens in the top and the same design as many images shown. the other one does not have a lens...
