    CR123A batteries for WL Sonar

    I actually emailed Lighthound about this a few days ago, and they replied that none of their RCR123A batteries are truly 3.0v, even if they're marked that way. All of them actually put out 3.6-3.2v. I don't know if that's enough to damage the diode or not, but I wouldn't be inclined to risk it...

    Hi LPF :) Until Wicked Lasers announced the Arctic, I had no idea this could be a hobby! So I'm a noob, but I'm very excited to get into lasers.
