BTW, what shipping method did you use. EMS? Or did you ask Max to ship it via FedEx or UPS or something, cause if you did then that might be why. I've seen alot of FedEx or UPS stuff actually state that it was inbound and outbound from customs, whereas USPS, even EMS does not, I don't believe...

I ship ALL of my lasers from Max via EMS and have never had a problem but I've only shipped like 5 times. Each time once it's left Hong Kong, the next thing I see on the USPS tracking is "Processed Through ISC New York Sort Facility", and then it's at my house the next day. I like EMS shipping...
