For example, nm, mw, etc What is the maximum distance a laser can blind permanently, give the conditions 1) target is not wearing eyewear ( naked ) 2) no obstructions 3) laser is 1w, 445nm for example 4) take divergence to be negligible or you can calculate the divergence itself 5) take beam...

Why do you dread the wickedlasers arctic spyder? It ain't that bad.

If I am not wrong, the chinese markets usually sell overspec lasers. The 5 mw ones usually turn out to be 30-40 mw.
