    The Micro Boost Drive is something in the region of 11mm x 9mm so is very small. Not sure as have had no dealings with this host for my build of 1w 445nm i used this host http://dx.com/p/5w-luxeon-lumiled-3-aaa-mxdl-flashlight-3405?item=1 the micro Boost drive had plenty of room in this one...

    The goggles you need are rated for a particular wavelength in your case 532nm.

    Resistors you require are of the type:- resistor value to 4.1 ohm(giving 200Mw+ @ 304.88 Ma) or there abouts (not 4.1k or 4.1M) these are higher values you want carbon film resistors 1/4 watt or 0.25w 10uf 16v capacitor is fine, you could use the 47uf 16v as you got a big host The regulator...
