    i use two AA/R6 type 3.6volt lithium batteries. weird thing about them is that every time i put them in the charged it says they are already fully charged.

    i use a fairly small aluminum mount:Amazon.com : AixiZ aluminum mount and heat sink for 12mm modules : Other Products : Everything Else but i usually put the laser inbetween two 17cm diameter fans. i think ive never had it on more than 40sec at a time.

    A while ago i bought a m140 2w laser with a x-drive and a g-2 glass lens installed from DTR. but recently i have noticed that the mw output varies from time to time. sometimes it can burn trough wood and sometimes it can barely cut plastic. its not the batteries that is the problem. Any thoughts...
