Hello, do you know much about the Flexmod P3? I've gone through 2 of them and each time the power output drops from 1.2amps to .2 amps. Bias current set to .05, but even turning up the output gain, it will now only produce .8 amps. Using a 445nm 9mm 1.6W diode in a laser marker build...

Thanks Andy That's good information, and I'm impressed with your array of tools! Is the G2 lens a focal lens or just a correction lens? I'm building an laser etcher, and wanted to calculate spot size. I need focal distance to finish the calculations. Thanks again
