    blu ray laser wont work!

    So i just put together my first blu ray laser and it doesn't work.. i know for a fact that my 115 mA driver works but i'm not too sure about my diode (PHR-803t). I was extremely careful when i extracted the diode so i don't know what is wrong... can anybody help me out?? I took the driver...
