to align the beams i do this : blue = LEXAN green = glue and i align the blue beam with the little RED laser

to Cut The LEXAN i juste use a hole saw like this and some Night beam shoot

to change batteries just unscrew the 6 nuts at the end of laser. but with 7 batteries it has a long liftime :D
