I think, the lens is made of glass, but the lens is brand new, It don't have anything, no marks, no melted...

The dot is on the diode, not in the lens. If I burned a match too close, the lens would be cock up.. not the diode window. anyway, I dont light match too close. I like to use for pointing. ;)

There is a very very very small "dot" on the diode window. What did it ?

I don't keep turned on more than 50 seconds. right don't burn out the diode...

I remove the lens and the pure light is a lot of stripes.. particles. see on the attach...

Sorry, This is focusable o-like 405nm 400mW. Today, when I turn on my laser I feel powerless and no focus, I can't focus my laser. then I rotated the focus ring until the limit and see that in attach.
