Last week i purchased a 5mW cheap greenie of eBay, It came fine and is pretty bright and fun to mess around with However ebay emailed me today saying this: I know most of you dont use ebay anyway for proper lasers but its probably a show of things to come in the UK

Damn you guys have got some messy desktops ;P I have to keep mine clean, as soon as one stray icon is placed there it gets deleted

I'm sittin here with my cheap 5mW greenie and it probably dosent have a IR filter How safe or unsafe is it to use it indoors, i mean that if i shine it away from me at a wall will i still be vulnerable to IR damage Thanks for any help (still new to lasers)
