Yes, its a adapter that plugs into the wall with two wires on the other end. AC Adapter 120V-60Hz 12V=1.5A I've tried wiring it up but not getting anywhere. Need to know how to wire it up properly.

No, its a 6000K H7 HID conversion with white halos. Its a retro fit kit by a guy on the mr2 fourms. But the kit can be used fit any car that has a 7x6 headlight. He also does round headlights like on the miata. His website is norcalmr2.com if your interested. Great headlights and amazing quality.
