Received the PL-C, actually a few days ago, but was unable to play, er um, "test" it out. All is as expected and I am very pleased.:) Seems very stable for a DPSS laser, no mode hopping, minimal divergence, and no irregularities. Thanks, Trevor! Dave

I'll take the matching triple set. A few questions. Will the 445nm blue also run on 2x16340 (RCR123) cells? And, will it also run on a fully charged 18650 cell, albeit at reduced output? And lastly, how do you tell which one of these lasers is which (without installing the wrong battery...

OK, fair enough. It may be the same either way with a current regulated driver (with, as you say, a "high quality" cell), I was just curious if it had been checked while powered by an 18650. Also, I'm not quite sure what you mean by "lite on diode (I think?)". Could you clarify? Dave

Hi Edi. You may very well know more than I do about whats going on here, but I have a few observations from "the side". First, the diode spec referenced states "OUT PUT: at 100mW (120ma/4.5V)". This of course, is just a sample current/voltage example, but the driver spec that is quoted states...
