For use outside mostly. However, would not a blue or red laser be the easiest to see because it wouldn't easily blend in with the terrain? As green laser is the same color as trees or grass or other plants and it will blend in and be more difficult to see.

What color and power laser pointer would be the best for pointing out objects in regular daylight at a distance of 50 meters which wouldn't require eye protection or cost more than $20?

I meant for laser pointers, since I heard that they could be confiscated at customs because of carrying batteries or something of that sort.

The fact that they are located in the PRC made me debate the site's legitimacy and their laser quality too. They seem o.k. from what everyone is saying on here, maybe it's worth buying something from them. :/ However, international shipping to America might be problematic somehow.
