I do think we need to do something about the cost of healthcare, especially emergency/hospital care which is ridiculously expensive.

That said, the radical left has been taking more control of the democrat party, you shouldn't underestimate the resistance to such a radical doctrine, because radical woke leftism is what got Trump reelected, so much for a Trump backlash, however, the AI bubble could burst and throw us into a recession and Trump would get much of the blame, so that's also a factor.

So, the truth is that it's too early to pretend to know what will happen in 2028, but I halfway hope your democrats do well in the midterms, maybe even impeach Trump again, because then the backlash in 2028 will be ours and democrats still won't get any policy passed into law.

The pendulum always swings in America, it's how our system finds balance, what you need to worry about is the growing imbalance in the democrat party, because Trump hate wasn't enough in 2024 when he was running, so maybe you shouldn't count on Trump hate in 2028 when he's not running. ;)

You give Trump too much credit. He is the reason you guys lost so spectacularly last week and is the reason you will lose the midterms. He won't be on the ballot again, so who will you run in 2028? I don't see anyone who the voters want. Certainly not Vance.
 
The UK has stopped sharing intelligence about the Caribbean with the US over Trump's illegal killings there. This will only get worse for us.
 
Emails from Jeffrey Epstein saying Trump spent hours at his house have now been released. What did Trump do back in the mid 2000s at Epstein's house? These are all questions that need to be answered.
 
One of these emails dated April of 2011 stated Donald Trump spent hours at his house with victim Virginia Giuffre. What was Trump doing there with her?

A Federal judge in Chicago has just ruled that hundreds of undocumented immigrants arrested in Illinois must be released as they don't have criminal records and Trump's claims that they do is not true.

A last-minute provision in the bill would re-criminalize many hemp-derived products, reversing their legalization in the 2018 Farm Bill.

39 state attorneys general signed a letter on Wednesday asking Congress to outlaw intoxicating hemp products at the federal level.

Trump hate wasn't enough to stop Trump from getting reelected and it won't be enough to get your radical democrats elected in 2028, because most people aren't TDS obsessed like you are paul.
 
A new AP/NORC poll has Trump's disapproval rating at 67%. That reflects a 10% change since he first took office. The change is especially stark among Republicans who now approve of the way he controls the government at 68%. That is down from 81% earlier this year.
 
Today, Pam Bondi, Todd Blanche, and Kash Patel called Lauren Boebert into the Situation Room to pressure her to remove her name from the Epstein discharge petition. She didn't though. In fact, many Republican members of the House have said they plan to vote for this as early as next week.
