Got a couple more lights:
Sky Ray 9XT6
and
Citycat M6
My M6 came with a centering ring for the LED in the reflector.
cnqualitygoods.com is a VERY GOOD site. I paid for the DHL shipping and they shipped it Sunday, Sept. 23rd. It arrived today, Tuesday, Sept. 25th at about 11:15AM. It...

Some li-ion batteries have a built-in protection circuit to prevent damage to the battery from over-discharging/charging or shorting out. "protected" batteries have this protection circuit
thats just west of Kings Island. lasers look amazing in the fog they have for Halloween Haunt; especially when it all stays in the parking lot. I also work there. if you go by there late at night and lots of their fog is lingering in the parking lot, you might see a laser or two.
I'll second...

I took the belt clip off mine because I found it annoying.
The link goes to the new model. Mine is 55 lumens not 85 and has the same...
Check with O-like or Rayfoss. Those are my current favorites for price vs quality vs power. Those are your best options with how much you want to spend. One tip, make sure whatever laser you get uses a rechargeable li-ion battery (ies). My first 150mW Greenie from Rayfoss uses 3 primary AAA...
I have no doubt it will be about the same as focalprice and DX. I might buy one of the 50mW green lasers they have and lpm it though just to see if they are up to spec. I can't afford one of their more powerful ones at the moment.
EDIT.....

Re: J.BAUER Electronics LaserBee 2.5 Watt USB only + Data Logging $119.99.. In Stock
I'm beginning to get paranoid. It seems like others in the US who bought one received theirs in less than a week. Mine was shipped 10 days ago and it still says this on their tracking site:

Well, your problem sounds bigger than mine. Hopefully it all works out and doesn't affect your business too much.
Re: J.BAUER Electronics LaserBee 2.5 Watt USB only + Data Logging $119.99.. In Stock
I just heard that the Canada Post employees went on strike. Does this mean my lpm is going to be stuck in shipment for awhile? What about anyone else's purchases? Will their's be shipped or delayed? Thanks.
David

I just got a "300" lumen Ultrafire WF-502B from eBay. I believe it is the same thing as the 250 lumen Ultrafire WF-501/2 models from DX. It pulls 1A from the battery (same as the DX ones). It uses a drop-in module. It's great to have a smaller light than my other one. My other one is too bright...
dang... best throw i've ever seen. do you have a link to where they are sold that cheap? the cheapest ones I found were only 3000lm not 3500 and it was still $80
Check out some of the pictures I've uploaded of it to Photobucket. The link is in my signature. I have been pretty busy but I'd like to get some distance shots of it in action uploaded sometime soon.
I don't know about those batteries but I personally have not come across any protected ones...
