Blue Laser Diode 1.5W TO18 for 27€

Hello!

I found this on ebay: 445nm BLUE Laser Diode 2 Watt - Ersatz/Replacement CASIO Beamer | eBay

Does someone know this type of diode and if its worth the money?
Its just 27€ ea..

They are m140 diodes from projectors. They can do 2 watts, but people usually run them at around 1-1.5 watts. That price is OK, DTR sells them for 45$ (new- the diodes you linked to are 37$). These may be used, so buy at your own risk personally, I would pay the extra few dollars and buy a new one from DTR, that way it's guaranteed to work.
