Wicked lasers Arctic ??w

Hey guys I’m new to the group and just picked up a wicked lasers arctic spider 3 laser with accessories for a steal.

The laser came with the lens cap kit and the Wicked Lasers (Phosforce) attachment

My question is how do you tell the wattage power of my laser? and also what is the recommended run cycle I should perform?
