Replacing tailcap switch in flashlight Where to Find?

Any chance I can fix and/or buy a new driver for my flashlights? Today I went experimenting with a flashlight and killed it. Then I used another one to begin testing what part broke. I found out buy breaking both flashlights :(

It looks like (actually smells like) I have fried the drivers in the tailcaps so does anyone know where to find these type of clicky switch driver boards or whatever they are called? I searched e-bay and most laser/light sites I could google up and everything I find has wire leads and no switch on them (or they are whole tailcaps and most labeled for C6 host)

These are pictures of the drivers I need and some of the lights they came from

Might be cheaper to just buy a new 18650 flashlight. That doesnt look like a standard switch that I've seen

Aha, it's an Accostco TechLite! The transistor in the
upper right corner of the first picture looks fried. Maybe
install a regular switch in the tailcap and go with a more
standard driver in the head. You could try replacing the
transistor if you're up to it.

I would like to replace the switch but can't find any. Yes the transistor in the upper right corner is fried and even cracked open.
Would Radio Shack have something like those transistors? I'll try if I can find them

Update.
Went to dollar store and grabbed a few of these and used the switches out of them. Work fine and no longer have the 3 position switch to boot

No they wouldn't. You would have to order something
from DigiKey, or else scavenge an equivalent from
some other equipment.

It's good to hear you got them working, though.
