Does my LM317 driver need a test load?

He does sort of look rat like, or at least some other kind of rodent. Maybe we can get Cyparagon to eat him up.

When I was a kid, when ticked at my younger brother his name was usually rat face Hey RAT FACE! Etc. I don't know why it surfaced for Styro in that post except I was pretending to be miffed over his project. But now that I think about it, why is that rat face calling his lasers out as being so damned dangerous? Cause they are!
