Guys thank you all for the answers... I finally ordered 2 thermal pads from AliExpress... With both of them I 'll wrap the battery perfectly and with some proper wiring I 'll both draw current and heat the battery at the same time! I think that this trick will work!
I 've thought the lead-acid for the winter but I also believe that it 's a waste of money having a battery sitting for half a year. What I 've been taught for the machines and tools is that "if something is being used for it 's purpose will last much more than something that will sit at the...
Hey guys, I have a lithium battery on my motorcycle and when weather gets cold the engine struggling to start... I know that this is a common issue on lithium batteries so I want to find a dummy but relatively heavy load that will be attached for a little time on the battery and will warm it...
Bro i read the description... With the Gball lens there is some beam concentration compare to a no lens diode, right? Adding one more lens like 3E for example, with this adapter, is the beam divergence better than a diode with no gball and just a single 3E? That's what i m trying to find out...
So what's the exact use of this product? How exactly improves the beam? Is the beam pattern "tighter" than a simple 3E on a non g ball diode? I d love to see a comparison with photos of beam pattern between a simple lens setup vs with this one attached!
Could this adapter be used for example with a g8 and a 3E lens on a diode with gballs lens removed? I mean if i screw the G8 on the diode 's copper host thread to maximize the beam concentration as i would do if the G8 was used stand alone, then use the adapter and then a 3E lens, could the...
Hey guys i m playing for almost a month with my Nubm44 laser but i m annoyed with my beam concentration from the very first moment... Seems like the furthest the beam goes the wider it gets... What kind of optics should i use to maximize the concentration of that beam? Atm i think my lens is...
Finally driver is mounted on the host side wall, with some kryonaut extreme 😂 for ic and some thermal epoxy on the whole driver to stay there... 40+ secs no blinking! I think it stays cool enough now!
I tried with a 2 part thermal epoxy but i also have to find a way to keep it pushed on the side wall of the host for about 2 hours until it cures... I think i ll try today and i hope it 's gonna work....
Any idea what heatsink should i use for a let's say, duty cycle of 30s max? I think the one i used is far from being good enough for this job! @Shmackitup
